This month, we reflect the close cultural ties that Mountbatten helps to cultivate. We shine a spotlight on two alumni with ambitions and interests that have taken them from London back to New York. Meanwhile, another alum's property rental business is expanding rapidly into a number of European cities.
We are also excited to announce an internship only option for our New York Program. This more cost-effective option, priced at £3,500, offers all the same benefits of accommodation, utilities, living allowance, health coverage and more. As alumni, you are well aware of the positive impact the Program has had on your career and we hope that you will help us spread the word.
On a very poignant note, I am afraid we have received the sad news of alumnus Tom Adams' passing. Please read the obituary below from his family, celebrating his life.
Tom Adams, London Program, August 2007
We are sorry to inform that Tom Adams, from the August 2007 London Program, passed away on April 11 2019. Tom was an avid traveler, having spent time on Mountbatten in London and Thailand, as well as living in China. Fellow alum Becky Moody informed us of his passing and shared with us that his intake have stayed in touch and met regularly across the last decade. Our thoughts are with his family and all that knew him. You can read Tom's full obituary and leave your condolences here.
