The UALL Awards Scheme celebrates projects, programs, partnerships and research that promote Lifelong Learning in the Higher Education sector. Janine runs a coaching business, LightBox Coaching, helping ambitious women to thrive in their careers beyond motherhood. Janine qualified as a corporate lawyer post Mountbatten, but a mission trip to Africa had a profound effect on her, and she decided to train as a coach alongside her legal career.
